Applications Support Analyst


Trinity Broadcasting Network, the world’s largest Christian television network, is seeking an experienced Applications Support Analyst to support CRM, Financial and other application systems to ensure proper operation. Perform a variety of maintenance, end-user support and training tasks to ensure efficient operation and support staff on company-supported software and applications, including third party applications and in-house developed applications. Trouble shoot and resolve customer issues. Complete application project-based work.




Primary Responsibilities:


  • Support CRM, Financial and other application systems.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and document user support tickets, and drive them to closure in a timely manner in the helpdesk system.
  • Work with Donor Service staff to correct any customer issues.
  • Work directly with software development team to ensure quick resolutions to software issues
  • Identify system exceptions to identify software bugs and work with developers to provide a permanent solution.
  • Generate data reports requested by business stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the end-users on the network
  • Be available to work after hours periodically and provide support for a 24/7 operation



Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven work experience as a Applications Support Analyst or similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar field
  • 5+ years’ applications support experience
  • Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel.
  • Ability to track and diagnose customer software issues.
  • 2-3 years’ experience working with Microsoft SQL Server databases and run queries.
  • Knowledge of computer and/or network systems, applications, procedures and techniques
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is required
  • Knowledge of Studio Enterprise CRM is highly desired
  • Knowledge of financial accounting systems is required
  • Knowledge of Oracle Financial (Fusion Online) is highly desired

Application Operations Analyst



Trinity Broadcasting Network, the world’s largest Christian television network, is seeking an experienced Application Operations Analyst who would be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day performance of all TBN applications both in house, as well as, on hosted platforms.  Also responsible for making sure that all are highly available.




Primary Responsibilities:


  • Monitor all production application components to ensure high availability and meet or exceed customer Service Level Agreements
  • Escalation point for all customer issues
  • Research processing exceptions and escalate if applicable
  • Adhere to Operations Level Agreements (OLA) in support of end-to-end customer Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Programming Department Coordinator



TBN is seeking an experienced television programming coordinator.  This position provides office and administrative support for the TBN Programming department’s daily operations, and as needed also provides support for the Smile children’s network and JUCE youth network operations.



Duties Include:



  • Negotiate licenses and permissions with copyright owners of film and television content.
  • Work closely and communicate regularly with TBN’s legal department.
  • Coordinate with the Chief Operations officer, marketing, and production departments to schedule programs.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Content and Acquisitions on the status of new programming being produced or acquired.
  • Create grids and post network program schedules for TBN and Smile networks
  • Prepare daily rating reports for TBN, Smile, and JUCE networks
  • Maintain programming department files, including program contracts, amendments, and term sheets
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
  • Using Oracle accounting system, process payments to various vendors.
  • Track and process license fee payments
  • Prepare reports and maintain filing systems
  • Create graphics for TBN and Smile Facebook pages
  • Update program calendars
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Order and maintain office supplies

Skills and Experience:



  • Two year college degree or equivalent experience in media industry administrative work, television programming,  and  experience at a TV station or regional/national network

Trinity Broadcasting Network, the world’s largest Christian television network, is looking for a staff level Accounts Receivable Coordinator for our new administrative headquarters in the Alliance Airport region of Fort Worth, Texas.   This individual will be responsible for Accounts Receivable for a multi-national non-profit organization.



Duties Include:


  • Assists contract administrator in programmer, tenant,  and book publishing contract maintenance
  • Reconciles programs entered in Oracle versus scheduled programs in Protrak
  • Issues adjustments and credit memos to clients
  • Prepares monthly billing and statements
  • Prepares and scans checks for deposit
  • Process credit card payments
  • Applies cash receipts from programmers, tenants, authors,  and other miscellaneous checks
  • Produces aging report, cash receipts log,  and other exception reports
  • Prepares summary of programs with discrepancies for management’s use
  • Client relationship and collection of past due accounts
  • Performs AR sub ledger month end close


Candidate must possess the following:


  • Ability to understand and interpret specific contract terms

Position Overview


Trinity Broadcasting Network is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist who can provide design, installation, maintenance, and support service for the enterprise network. The successful candidate will work with our network management team to discuss the need for network changes and the feasibility of projects recommended by network users.  The Desktop Support Specialist will also be required to monitor technology trends and make recommendations on incorporating new technology into the organization’s existing platforms.



Primary Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and future planning of the desktop environment
  • Collaborate with new and existing vendors to evaluate the new technology that is available and make recommendations to management on using that technology
  • Consult with IT support and design departments to make sure that network expansion projects are in line with the organization’s plans
