Technical Administrative Coordinator


Position Overview:


Trinity Broadcasting Network is seeking an experienced Technical Administrative Coordinator in the Corporate Technology and Services group. The candidate will often interact with executives and staff, which require excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This is a fast-paced technology environment, which is requiring flexibility to respond to the inevitable changes in priorities that emerge in the course of the business day.



Primary Responsibilities:


  • Creates and maintains various reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Reviews and codes invoices in preparation for approval/signature
  • Vendor and contractor interface for ordering, scheduling, receiving, and follow up
  • Coordinate IT training and orientation for TBN staff members
  • Other business-related duties as assigned



Additional Responsibilities:


  • Maintains departmental calendars and schedules
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Arranges conference calls and meetings
  • Data entry in inventory management system
  • Monitors equipment loaner pool



Qualifications and Skills:


  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Must be able to type at least 60+ WPM and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Database management and cloud collaboration tools experience desired 
  • Fully articulate in English with excellent verbal, writing, reading, and listening skills
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills

Production Technician


TBN Networks has an immediate opening for the position of PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN at the Tustin, CA studios near Los Angeles.  The successful candidate will have working knowledge in the following areas.



Skills and Knowledge:


  • Studio camera operation and set-up (Live broadcast, multi-camera environment)
  • Studio audio operation and set-up
  • Field camera operation (DSLR’s and various professional broadcast field cameras)
  • Field audio techniques and recording
  • Live performance set up and recording
  • Maintaining audio and video production gear
  • LED Video wall and projector installation
  • Trouble shooting Studio lighting and media servers
  • Pre-production planning and coordination
  • Knowledge of Post production audio/editing on Adobe Premiere/audition and Avid/pro-tools



Education and Experience


  • 4 years’ experience as an AV technician
  • A 4 year degree from a broadcast program is preferred

Digital Asset Coordinator


Responsible for assisting the Digital asset manager with TBN’s digital media assets and archive including the archiving, curating, and offloading content received in house. Tracking, organizing, and naming incoming footage for various shoots, series, programs and projects.




Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


· Organization of TBN’s digital media.

· Downloading and intricately organizing cloud based footage.

· Setup and operation of equipment associated with the ingesting, archiving and digitizing process.

· Work with production staff on the scheduling and archiving of new material created during normal operations.

· Administer and maintain data storage platform users and file systems.

· Logging video content and exporting metadata.

· Administration and operations related to the Asset Management System.

Trinity Broadcasting Network, the world’s largest Christian TV Network, is looking for a senior level accountant for our Tustin, California production studios.  This individual will be responsible for various aspects of film and production accounting handling multiple projects on an ongoing basis working closely with our network production team in coordination with our accounting department.

Broadcast Video Editor (Full Time)

The Role:

We are looking for a talented creative editor with a dedication to style and story to join our editing team at our Tustin facility. This position will work directly with Senior Producers and the Lead Video editor to oversee the post-production of a daily network-quality series set to air on the TBN networks. Primary responsibilities will be to edit daily episodes and ensure timely delivery of finished episodes that align with the ministry goals, brand voice, and creative vision for the series.




Qualification Requirements:


  • 2-4 years of professional video editing experience.
  • Detailed working knowledge of Adobe Premier and Adobe After Effects. Experience with keying green screen is a plus.
  • Passion for creating content for our target audience (Christian women) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to details.
  • Efficient Multi-cam editor (able to sync clips and cut).
  • Experience with layering effects and alpha channel graphics.
  • Expert time and project management skills to handle multiple assignments and complete complex jobs under deadline pressure.

Information Systems Business Analyst



Position Overview:

The Information Systems Business Analyst is a vital team player in the IS department. The IS Business Analyst plans and conducts the analysis, design, testing, documentation and deployment of new and existing technology solutions to meet TBN’s business and operational requirements; develops business process requirements and improvements; facilitates development of priorities with managers; coordinates and participates in applications testing and problem resolution; executes quality assurance activities. This position operates as the subject matter expert providing technical and functional system analysis services to enable TBN to develop and implement software and technology solutions to meet business, operational and functional objectives.

In addition, the IS Business Analyst will establish and maintain technical and architectural documentation standards and mentor and provide leadership to technical resources conducting systems analysis.



Primary Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and document complex as-is and future business processes to turn business requirement into documents for procedures, applications, tools, and reporting
  • Collect and develop detailed business and functional requirements across the enterprise and serve as a liaison between the business and technical teams.
  • Assist Application Support team with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • Troubleshoot issues with current software applications and interfaces identifying potential solutions and working with the development team to resolve.
  • Assist the development team with writing test cases, test scripts and scorecards.
  • Create, contribute to and organize operational procedures and user manuals
  • Collect and Analyze data to identify risks and perform root-cause analysis on areas of risk.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology Computer Engineering or similar field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Senior Application Support or Senior Development positions.
  • Experienced in at least one of the following areas:
    • CRM/Customer Service solutions. Donor management, transaction processing and product fulfilment. (Donor Direct StudioEnterprise experience will be highly desired)
    • Customer Engagement: Direct Mail processing, Call Center (inbound and outbound), email campaigns.
    • Financial systems. All areas including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Purchasing and Reporting (Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP will be highly desired)
  • Knowledge and experience on financial transaction processing:
    • Payment gateways and credit card processing
    • Electronic Fund Transfers and ACH
    • Paypal
  • Highly proficient gathering and developing detailed business and functional requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills so that a customer’s business needs are properly interpreted and translated into application and operational requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills effectively communicating in individual and group settings in all levels of the enterprise, from C-level position to end users as well as external vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of systems capabilities, software platforms, and processes.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated report writing skills in either SQL Report Writer, Crystal Reports or other reporting or BI platform.
  • Working familiarity with writing SQL queries, creating database views, and reading/writing basic stored procedures.
