TBN is searching for a Social Media Video Editor, specialized in creative expressions appropriate for the online audience to join our growing digital platforms team. The Social Media Video Editor will be responsible for editing web exclusive content for TBN and its programming social media channels. This position will report to the Digital Platforms Manager.

The ideal candidate understands the impact of content properly packaged for the modern digital audience and is a strong storyteller.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Creative video editor specialized in social media channels (e.g. YouTube, Facebook and Instagram). 
  • Motion graphics 
  • Creation of thumbnails 
  • Ensure timely delivery of finished clips and episodes that align with the ministry goals, brand voice, and creative vision of TBN and its programming. 


  • 2-4 years of professional video editing experience.
  • Detailed working knowledge of Adobe Premier and Adobe After Effects. Experience with keying green screen is a plus.
  • Passion for creating content for our target audience.
  • Experience with layering effects and alpha channel graphics.
  • Expert time and project management skills to handle multiple assignments and complete complex jobs under deadline pressure.
  • Strong ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced daily TV environment while maintaining production standards and efficiency.
  • Meticulous attention to quality, detail and project organization.
  • Great working knowledge of finishing, formats, frame rates and codecs.


  • B.A. degree in film or related field, or equivalent professional experience

TBN (that’s us!) is looking for a mid-level social media specialist with a passion for digital marketing and a penchant for politics. As an integral part of our organization’s Marketing Department, you’ll bring passion, creativity, and a self-starter mentality to this role. This position requires up-to-date knowledge of all things digital marketing whether that be content publishing best practices, content optimization, SEO, or content strategy. The position will work on a variety of projects centered around the network’s broadcasts, with a heavy emphasis on our late-night style political news show. Ideally, you’ll be a person who brings empathy, encouragement, and a keen eye for details to the role.



  • Translate marketing objectives into detailed social media action plans, then manage the execution of said plan 
  • Work closely with the graphic design and television production teams to concept and create engaging content 
  • Concept, create and post approved social content across digital channels 
  • Moderate and keep tabs on the digital platforms within your purview, ensuring consumers are responded to, concerns are addressed, and questions are answered 
  • Create occasional digital reports (tracking user experience, engagement rates, reach, website traffic, etc.) to determine how successfully KPIs are being achieved  
  • Create and send twice-weekly political digest emails 
  • Optimize all social platforms for growth (with a strong eye towards YouTube growth) 
  • Monitor Facebook livestream of assigned show’s broadcast



  • BA in public relations, journalism, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience  
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of marketing experience  
  • At least one (1) year of copywriting experience, especially in the headline and blog writing arena 
  • A bit of customer service experience is a plus, specifically how to handle a PR crisis 
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, file formats, etc.  
  • Strong understanding of the Christian faith-based culture, audiences, and texts

TBN is searching for a VOD Platform Specialist to join our growing marketing team to oversee TBN’s VOD platform.

This individual will be responsible for all activities associated with distribution, promotion, and creation of compelling

content for TBN’s video on demand platform and report to the Director of Marketing.  The ideal candidate would enjoy working with the marketing team to help continue building a strong, consistent following that aligns with the organization's goals and visions. The position will also be responsible for working with our content distributors to ensure timely and accurate airing of TBN shows, series, and original production pieces.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and organize all videos on the TBN VOD platform 
  • Create and maintain consumer-facing product messaging and value proposition guidelines 
  • Adopt a viewer-centric approach to product planning by identifying, analyzing, an prioritizing user/segment needs 
  • Ensure that video thumbnails are engaging, inviting, and accurate to the subject matter in the video 
  • Maintain standards for metadata so that videos are easily searchable  
  • Work with video loggers to develop and improve video ingest processes 
  • Field and work to resolve user issues 
  • Responsible for periodic/monthly email updates regarding new content
  • Work with the marketing ream to develop a content communication strategy
  • Creation and evaluation of attention grabbing video titles and compelling descriptions
  • End-user data analyzation for platform improvements (e.g. A/B testing of thumbnails)

Skill Sets

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data; create and execute optimization plans based on data analysis

TBN is seeking an experienced television programming assistant. This position provides office and 

administrative support for the TBN Programming department’s daily operations, and as needed also 

provides support for the Smile children’s network and JUCE youth network operations.



- Negotiate licenses and permissions with copyright owners of film and television content.  

- Work closely and communicate regularly with TBN’s legal department. 

- Coordinate with the Chief Operations officer, marketing, and production departments to schedule programs. 

- Coordinate with the Director of Content and Acquisitions on the status of new programming being produced or acquired. 

- Create grids and post network program schedules for TBN and Smile networks 

- Prepare daily rating reports for TBN, Smile, and JUCE networks

New Women's Program: “Better Together”  Reports to: Senior Producer


This position will produce segment, social, and promotional content as assigned for a daily network-quality series set to air on the TBN networks. Primary responsibility will be to assist the Senior Producer and team in the development of content that aligns with the ministry goals, brand voice, and creative vision for the series. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the creation of online and on-air promotional content.



  • Assist the Senior Producer in the development of short-form content—guest segments, social content, and promotional content
  • Interview guests, write scripts, and oversee post-production for segments, as needed
  • Assist team during production—lock down, runner for guest needs, etc.
  • Assist team during post-production—logging footage and adding metadata
  • Ensure all assignments are completed on schedule

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 years of relevant production experience, short-form TV (news/reality/documentary), social, and/or promotional content development experience is preferred
  • At least 2 years of online & on-air promotional experience; includes writing, selecting visual elements and editing compelling content to draw new audiences
