Associate Producer – Tustin, CA

 

 

Summary:

 

New Women’s Program: “Better Together”. This position reports to the Senior Producer. The Associate Producer will produce segment, social, and promotional content as assigned for a daily network-quality series set to air on the TBN networks. Primary responsibility will be to assist the Senior Producer and team in the development of content that aligns with the ministry goals, brand voice, and creative vision for the series. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the creation of online and on-air promotional content.

 

 

Duties:

 

  • Assist the Senior Producer in the development of short-form content—guest segments, social content, and promotional content
  • Interview guests, write scripts, and oversee post-production for segments, as needed
  • Assist team during production—lock down, runner for guest needs, etc.
  • Assist team during post-production—logging footage and adding metadata
  • Ensure all assignments are completed on schedule
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

Skills & Experience:

 

  • At least 2 years of relevant production experience, short-form TV (news/reality/documentary), social, and/or promotional content development experience is preferred
  • At least 2 years of online & on-air promotional experience; includes writing, selecting visual elements and editing compelling content to draw new audiences
  • Passion for creating content for our target audience (Christian women)
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to brand voice and ministry style
  • Must be comfortable on set and in the field while working with diverse on-air personalities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to write clear, concise, compelling copy
  • Ability to proofread and make corrections in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and style
  • Expert attention to detail and ability to complete jobs under deadline pressure
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and balance multiple assignments
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field of study or equivalent experience is preferred.

Line Producer – Tustin, CA

 

 

Summary:

 

New Women's Program: “Better Together”.  The Line Producer will work directly with the Senior Producer to oversee the production of a daily network-quality series set to air on the TBN networks. Primary responsibilities will be to maintain the overall production schedule (pre-production through post) and ensure timely delivery of finished episodes that align with the ministry goals, brand voice, and creative vision for the series.

 

 

Duties:

 

  • Collaborate with the Senior Producer and team in the development of each episode
  • Maintain master production calendar, prepare shooting schedules and run sheets for the efficient execution of each episode
  • Oversee and facilitate production logistics, including on-location shoots as needed
  • Serve as liaison between crew and Senior Producer during production and monitor shoots for continuity, quality, and ministry alignment
  • Track production costs and verify all necessary permissions have been granted (signed release forms, location permits, etc.)
  • Interview guests, write scripts, produce segment content, and oversee post-production as needed

Supervise freelancers as needed

 

 

Skills & Experience:

 

  • At least 5 years of TV production and leadership experience required; includes writing, selecting visual elements, and editing compelling content to draw new audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to brand voice and ministry style
  • Must be comfortable on set and in the field while working with diverse on-air personalities
  • Strong ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced daily TV environment while maintaining production standards and efficiency
  • Passion for creating content for our target audience (Christian women)
  • Expert time and project management skills to handle multiple assignments and complete complex jobs under deadline pressure
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to write clear, concise, compelling copy

Planned Giving Specialist – Tustin, CA

 

 

Trinity Broadcasting Network is seeking a full-time Planned Giving Specialist who will report to TBN’s Living Legacy Director.   This position assists the Living Legacy Director in managing and processing requests, gift annuities, charitable trusts, non-cash donations, and other planned giving services. The Planned Giving Specialist for TBN’s Living Legacy department is a vital part of our planned giving team.  Along with a true passion to assist donors with their planned giving needs, this position requires outstanding organizational skills, computer proficiency, confidentiality, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task.

 

 

Abilities:

 

  • A strong sense of care and compassion for others and enjoy working with people.
  • Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate in person, by phone, and email,
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Excellent follow-through skills.

Responsibilities include: 

 

  • Answering department phones.
  • Communicating with donors about their planned giving needs.
  • Drafting letters and responding to emails from donors about planned giving matters.
  • Maintain estate/trusts legal files.  Electronically filing documents in office files, including file set up and organization, closing of files, and entering donor information into contact database and mailing lists as appropriate.
  • Review donor docket calendar for status updates;
  • Implementing the marketing strategy of the planned giving program, including bequest and annuity promotions.
  • Prepare illustrations for life-time gift annuities using Crescendo software.
  • Prepare sample and final gift annuity packages
  • Prepare post gift correspondence and gift administration once an annuity is received.
  •  Liquidate all beneficiary requests to TBN, including life insurance, bank accounts, retirement accounts, pension plans, life insurance annuities, etc.
  • Process and coordinate donations of stock gifts and mutual funds to TBN.
  • Process and keep record of non-cash donations to TBN.

 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Have 3-5 years’ experience in a professional setting with similar duties

Must be able to type 45 words per minute.

Handle prayer line calls, take prayer requests and pledges, salvations, re-dedications, praise reports, and special requests from all over the nation and world.  There will also be some data entry work at the end of these phone calls.
